A Rockford High School graduate recognized for excelling in cultural, visual, or performing arts, or for promoting cultural activities locally, statewide, nationally, or globally.

Academic/Career Accomplishments
A Rockford High School graduate acknowledged for outstanding achievement in their profession, making a direct and significant impact. The nominee showcases unique talents and accomplishments.

Service to Rockford Public Schools/Community
A Rockford High School graduate recognized for impactful service to Rockford Public Schools or the community, influencing lives through their leadership.

Honorary Achievement
Recognized for outstanding contribution to education in the Rockford community. This individual has supported education through example or contributions, being a significant influence in the lives of students of all ages in Rockford. Graduating from Rockford High School is not required for this category.

Athletics
The athletics nominee must have exemplified the pride and spirit of Rockford Athletics during and following his/her career. View the site to determine eligibility based on graduation year (alumni) or retirement (coaches). An athletic nomination may also be a community member who has made a significant contribution to Rockford High School.
